Online pre-registration is now available for Walton Regional Medical Center at www.waltonregional.com. Patients will spend up to 70% less time completing paperwork at the hospital if they have pre-registered online.
Patients will simply need the name and phone number of their physician, the date they will be arriving at the hospital, the procedure they are having, and their insurance information. It is an easy-to-follow, seven-step process that significantly reduces wait time upon arrival.
Online registration is available for any procedure taking place at the hospital, including major surgery; minimally invasive or outpatient surgery; radiology and cardiology procedures such as CT, MRI, mammography, EEG and EKG; laboratory work such as blood and urine testing; and Wound Healing & Hyperbaric Center treatments.
Pre-registered patients will be given priority when they arrive to Walton Regional for their procedure.
“When you are coming to Walton Regional Medical Center for a test or procedure, we want you to be able to move quickly through the registration area and be on your way to the test so you can be on your way back to better health as soon as possible. On-line registration saves the patient time and can be completed at home and prior to arrival,” said Walton Regional Medical Center CEO Gary Lang.
