Med-Surg announces Associate ExemplarCarline Cineus, CNA, has been named this quarter’s Medical Surgery Associate Exemplar. This is a new award where a recipient is hand chosen quarterly by the Med-Surg Director, Margaret Doerr, RN, BSN, herself, rather than by co-associates.
Carline Cineus, CNA, has been named this quarter’s Medical Surgery Associate Exemplar. This is a new award where a recipient is hand chosen quarterly by the Med-Surg Director, Margaret Doerr, RN, BSN, herself, rather than by co-associates. Ms. Doerr says the purpose of this award is to “focus on employee retention and satisfaction.” In addition to this special recognition, the chosen associate is also awarded a gift card.
By exceeding duty expectations and receiving constant praises from patients and families, Ms. Cineus has been awarded the Employee Exemplar for the second quarter 2010. She is self-directed and displays loyalty and professionalism in everything she does.
Ms. Cineus was born in Haiti and became employed at Lower Keys Medical Center seven months ago. She was previously employed at the Key West Nursing Home. Ms. Cineus says she loves her work at LKMC because it has presented her the opportunity to gain more experience in nursing. She wishes to obtain her nursing degree in the next 2 to 3 years. LKMC is proud to have her on our team and congratulates her on this honorable recognition.
